acer laptop hdd failing

i know im a fool but i have an acer aspire lappy with failing hard drive, where is cheapest to get a new 1 ? next i have got hold of a aspire x1930 pc but there seems to be no hdmi output although an hdmi outlet is on the rear dunno why this doesnt function any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Try looking on ebuyer for a 2.5" internal HDD

The HDMI won't work because either the drivers are missing or you need to use a keyboard shortcut to turn it on

when i enter bios all options are vga i thought the intel chip supported hdmi .... really confused now
