Hi. Im having problems resetting this laptop running windows 8, ive been through the general tab and selecting the reset option but i get an error which says 'There was a problem while resetting your pc, no changes were made' i want to completely reset the laptop and make it asif i just unboxed it. I'm attempting it via the Administrator Account so im really confused. I dont see what can be the problem.

I havent used W8 as I hate the OS personally I'll stick with W7 but if you have the W8 setup disc use that to completly reinstall Windows.
