does anybody know how to unlock dongles?

Hi does anybody know how to unlock a mobile dongle
my model is a huawei e160g
so i can use a o2 iphone sim to get the free internet and wi-fi for 12 months

ive tried and people are charging 15- 30 quid ,but im sure somebody here will have the know how

depending on which network its tied to and how long your contract has left to run they might give you the unlock code for free, unless your lucky and some one does know on this site then you may have to pay.

its on three and i got it free with a fone ,i dont use it cos i cant get a three signal at home ,i cancelled my contract and sent the fone back but the guy in the shop told me to keep the dongal so i dont think three will give me the unlock code somehow

the cost of a phone call is one off the cheaper options you have if no body can come up with a code on here,

having done some more research on the net regarding unlocking your dongle i came across a web site which seams to unlock it for free, it will mean downloading software but your dongle is supported by it.

The three dongle can be unlocked and the software is readilly available on the net, I have it on my pc but I'm not sure if I can link it on here, if a mod permits I'll upload it and link .
