Asus x55c bios shows up at start up only

hi i have a friends he dropped his laptop only from sofa to the floor, after that anytime you tune the laptop on, it will show bios , restart and it is the same, i opened all laptop removed battery cmos and memory. hard disk , keyboard, wifi card, someone says it will fix it but it not, also can not boot to cd or usb either only goes to bios setup any idea what is wrong with it

sounds like the processor has popped out

if it was on and warm the heatsink could of slipped some threads and the processor could be floating around
