You Tube problem on My dell studio 1735

Hi guys I hope you can help me out. my internet provider is talktalk . when I watch a video of something on you tube it runs for a little then freezes. If I try to open a different web page my pc wont let me. I then have to do a restart to get back on line. thanks for any help in advance guys. I do hope you can advise me what to do. It has been happening for some months now. I have asked talktalk to help out no joy.it also happens on my other pc also.

If that happens to other computer also, so it is not computer issue. I guess it may be problems with router.
