external hdd not showing

I have an external hdd that is not showing up in my computer. I have opened disk management and the hdd is showing up as healthy and online. But still won't appear when i click the my computer in start up.

Can it be fixed?

Maybe firstly you need to create some partitions and format it (this can be done in disk management), then it will be visible and accessible via My Computer.

if its showing as UNALLOCATED then u will need to create and make this a logical drive NTFS
