        Disk clean-up

Best way to clean stuff is to do a disk clean-up i think this is in the control panel or you could just search it on your computer.
It is safe way of cleaning things o you system so that the computer will run smoother.

random access memory (ram) depending on your motherboard what type of ram it will take and also the maximum amount your board can use it is one of the ways to speed up a pc, to add it you need to open the pc up.

If there is nothing/little worth saving, consider backing it up and formatting it.

I generally do this quite often but not as bad now upgraded.

This would be the best option as you would have installed the operating system from fresh.

                      Not wishing to be picky.

But i would take the back of first and find the memory sticks, check whether there is spare slots, if there isnt get the motherboard number its stamped into the mobo google it and read the specs for your board see what max allowance is and check what you have in, it tells you on the memory sticks what size they are.

Then goto the shop and buy some if you have the space or can replace with bigger ones

                      Just my thoughts
