reverting back to windows 8

guys hope you can help here. i want to revert back to windows 8 as epson dont have drivers for windows 8.1. it was my pc man who put 8 on for me. i do have a disc with a number on it but its illegible as its so tiny. is there an easy fix for this as printer not printing now and i cant access printer properties to run head cleaner etc.

from information available on the web you would need a image of win 8 stored on the pc before the 8.1 installation to revert back to, otherwise a clean install of win 8 is the only other option.
