advent 5311 wifi

Hello folks, i have an advent 5311 laptop, im having trouble connecting to wifi.

My network comes up, and i enter passcode, it says its connected but "unidentified network" and "no internet access" also has a yellow triangle with ! mark on the wireless notification bottom right of windows.

Tried reinstalling the driver but to no avail, any ideas anyone?

Right click on the triangle in notification bar and select "open network and sharing centre"
When it opens you will have a pictoral layout across the top of the window -- Your pc - Network - Internet
Any problems will show on this picture I think as I red mark, click the red mark and windows will begin a troubleshooter and try to diagnose and fix the problem for you, if it can't you will be given the reason why.Please post this reason if you have no luck.
BTW I'm assuming you're running win7.
