Format Tool For usb stick

Hi guys' I have a really stubborn usb device which is 250gig' unfortunatly it wont recognise itself.
It displays as F on my computer but doesnt let you enter properties

Can anyone suggest a good tool?

Have you tried right click on 'F' and maybe drop down menu might have format option?

Have you tried using command prompt?

Try running compmgmt.msc from a Command prompt, you should get a Computer Management window.
Select Disc Management and hopefully your drive will show up and you should then be able to initialize and format it from there.
