    toshiba displays black screen and asking password in blue block

    Hi hopefully someone can help me. My Toshiba s5100 does not want to turn on, when switched on the screen stays black as if it not on at all and in the small blue display block it asks for password and I cannot seem to access it at all. please help anyone

          Remove cmos battery for 10 mins and retry
