COM Port

Hi,

I am trying to flash my skybox but I think the problem I am having is that my COM port isn't working on desktop. Can someone tell me how I can find out if my COM port is in use?

Start menu/control panel/system/device manager/ports(com & lpt) check the drivers are in there (no yellow ! mark)

another thing that can get overlooked is " are you using a null modem cable " and not a serial cable??
