ok got a wee Acer note book and decided to load some films for my grandaughter to watch on it from a few (cough cough) sites ,done the usual ,ok problem is i had on it windows media player 9 and i could get sound but no picture it said no codec found it asked me to upload to wmp 11 which i done and still cant view picture all the little boxs are ticked like avi,wmp etc,and all that, the film is avi file as well as the otheres i have but still no picture

Codec issue here ted, download klite codec pack for windows and wmp 9 will play, this should also come with wmpc.
