w500 bios pass

Hi got a w500 with a supervisor password that I am trying to get. I have made a simple interface and got the bin off the eeprom. all I can see the pass being is N, here is the bin I pulled

I tried looking at the file you supplied BUT as it's a .BIN file then it can't be opened.

a bin file is something you read with a hex editer, ibmpass should be able to give the pass unless this prom is TCPA protected. if is dose anyone got a dump of one that isent

I got past it by just deleting the pass in line 0X330 & 0X340 then writing back to the prom. this is the writer I used
