Panasonic Toughbook CF-30 MK3 BIOS password reset

Hello guys, I've got a little problem with my toughbook. I've bought Panasonic Toughbook CF-30 MK3 and it has locked BIOS password and I don't know what it is.
It has AMI Bios, not the Phoenix one.
I've tried to reset the password with many ways, but none of them worked. I've tried wiping the CMOS with different programms (a lot's of them), but none of them made a difference. I tried removing the CMOS battery too, but it did not remove the password either.
Have you got any ideas how can I reset the password? or remove it? Thanks in advance.

Or anyone know which EPROM is on this motherboard I need to read

      I have the rom file
Apparently there is a guy on another forum that can extract the pass from the rom file

any experts here willing to have a look
