    Cant get into Vista

Hi fellas, just wondering if someone could help me with this one. My housemate switched his laptop on this morning and was greeted with a black screen and a line of text saying 'Regrun partizan - Bootwatch Antirootkit, Greatis Sofrtware (c) 2007 - 2008'. The lappy just stays like this and wont do anything else! I've had a quick scout around on google and the replies are going over my head!

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers

its a rootkit thats went wrong, if the rootkit was succesful they would not have left the message on ur screen. It would have been hidden and your os would be working as normal, but since u can see the message then its a failed attempt to root your machine, follow cavemans suggestions, if that get you back up running download hijackthis(google it) and post logs and will see what other stuff is remaining.

      What A/v was he/she running.
