Change name and log-in details on new laptop ?

Hi folks, got a small problem I'd like help with solving please....

Bought the daughter a new lappy for xmas just gone but we got it a couple of months before xmas as we wanted to put pictures and xmas messages on it for her for when she first turned it on (to add to the surprise as hse had no idea what she was getting)

So when we first got the new lappy, the email we set it up on was my wifes email address so daughter didnt receive any emails giving away surprise !!

Now, when daughter turns on said lappy, the log-in page displays wifes email address and name, which is what i want to change !!!
( I know theres a guest log-in, but want it to be my daughters details for good)

Also, when my daughter uses skype, she can she mine and wifes conversations (which i also dont want to happen as we talk about birthday, xmas, tec surprises for the kids on there, , yeah I know...sad)

for the email & skype just take the tick out of (Automatic sign-in)

then run this Download CCleaner 4.13.4693 - FileHippo.com

this will delete all passwords n logins
