no just started getting.
this programme is blocked by group policy for more information
contact you system administrator.

Download this Burn to a CD then reboot your computer to it. Run FACE and it should take care of your problem. Just read all the prompts and make sure when Group Policy editor comes up to clear all the group policys that a virus may have put on your computer. let me know your results please.
