a file i canot open tia.

they are file to do with the knowledge (black cab driver)

try renaming it to end in .txt and then double click on it and see what happens

I would expect the knowledge to be probably text and maps so maybe its a map and you need the software to run it

its def roads ,it should be a pdf file but its not.
the rambles are a load of routes between each embassy to the next one and so on.

researching this type of file it appears that it is to do with log parsing whatever that is the link will tell you how to open it but seems to be very complicated.
