Acre Laptop with Vista has error message User Profile Not Loaded

I have a Acer laptop with windows vista and kept getting the message "User profile not loaded" I enter my password to get into my files but it comes up with this message and I know my password is correct. I have tried to get in using safe mode but still can't do it. I have tried doing a new restore point but it won't let me. I have opened a new account but it won't let me go back to when the original problem occurred.

Please help as as I am not very technically minded and just need the computer for basics.

    Thanks

So many ways to work around this so try these-

Remove the HDD from the laptop and connect it to a working machine via usb dock
Get it to connect and do a virus scan

    or

Download a copy of Kon Boot and load it to a usb stick
Then in your bios have the USB HDD boot first
Plug the stick in before the computer starts and let it load - This will bypass windows logon

in the rar file is 3 ways u can use Kon Boot 2.1 and also contains PDF guides to help u

if u dont have winrar then download it from here http://www.filehippo.com/search?q=winrar

when your computer starts u get an option on bottom of screen to press a key (F2 or DEL) to enter the BIOS or enter SETUP
on startup pressing PAUSE/BREAK on the keyboard will stop the running process of the computer and pressing it again will continue loading your computer
also if u didint catch the message before you know when your computer is about to start loading windows then u can use CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart the computer

when in the BIOS find the boot priority option and change it to the one u need to load first

i would recommend if the above process does not work then to boot into safe mode and save everything u need to an external device (USB Stick or a CD/DVD)
then you should be able to do a factory reset by pressing F8 on the booting screen (i think so i've never done it myself)
