password given is correct for that serial
The password is the master password to get into BIOS

There is also a sticker below the machine where is Express Service Code 461-611'215-99 and there is that same service tag which i gave to you earlier.
And i have tried to use external QWERTY keyboard but i can't make it work. But i am not sure that did i use this password in a right way because some so called " expert " here said that i have to press certain combination of keys at same time to get in to BIOS.

If you install a new OS this should sort it.

That's what i tried to do first. ( almost 2 years ago ) i went to the local PC store and i bought new win 7 home premium because there is Vista installed , but installation did not start. It just asking password.

Maybe i should hacked it by axe i think this method clear all passwords ( Seems to be little frustration in the air)......... but no i won't give up.

to get the Bios screen you have to press certain keys whilst starting, I don't know what it is on yours but it is generall either the F2 or F8 or F12 and sometimes delete key.
try each one. Boot computer and straight away keep tapping one of these keys

Yes i know It is F2 to Setup and F12 to Boot menu and i have try tapping on those keys many times whilst booting but only thing what happen is the grey screen where reads " This computer system, #JLJBW3J-595B, is protected by a password authentication system . You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.
Please type in the systen or administrator password and press enter"
but there ain't no place where to write the password and that's weird to me but however when i have wrote the " invisible" password Next note comes up "Invalid password Press ENTER to retry" and that's it. It let me try three times and then shut dow.

And I'm sorry for my English but I try my best to explain the problem, thank you for your patience.

are you entering password in lower case as it has to be entered exactly as given

you could also try Ctrl+Enter or Shift+Enter after inputting password

providing you have posted the correct service tag the password given is the master password and it will override all other passwords

It is correct tag. But at the weekend i found from internet [dell.exe] software and it gives me exactly same password as you gave me earlier.
Now wondering here, is it possible that whole BIOS is corrupted ????? Or something else fault on my PC . Because seems that these passwords works to all the others
