HDD's are delicate pieces of equipment.
DHL are hamfisted at times and all the knocking about during courier transport can cause hdd's to arrive dead.
Id RMA it, just go back onto Ebuyer and contact support, ive dealt with ebuyer a lot over the past 8 years and they've always dealt with faults fairly proficiently.
That being said over the 8year period ive only had 3 things doa, but theyve supplied me a replacement without any qualms.
