Nero wont install

it could be the software firewalls and registry blockers are not allowing nero to install

turn off windows defender in and any other firewall you have while you install nero.

turn off teatimer in task manager (ctrl+alt+del) to allow Nero to install in the registry.

yeah cleaned all temp files. Tried the mobile version and it says its missing a dll file....

Go to Run and type : msconfig :

Under the start up tab, uncheck (deselect) all items.

Reboot and try again

Right after doing all the above i still get a nero installer message. I have done a screen capture of it in the attachment.....

Nero wont install.... Fixed!

Hi guys, just a quick post to let you know that this problem is now solved. I had a mate who is an IT engineer have a look at it and its sorted now. It was summat to do with registry permissions. I have no idea what that is so I wont even begin to try and explain but its very complicated! (to me at least). So a big thanks to all who helped me with their support over the last week or so!
