hdd constant access

hi guys

since my pc auto shut off last night ive been having hdd constant thrashing !

i was playing a game pretty much all day and my cpu core temp shut the pc down due to high temps
since then i have cleaned the pc free of dust blockages along with all fan dust build up.

but now when the system is idle its thrashing away on my C drive like a good un !?!?!

my system is amd octo core cpu water cooled.
16gb ram
2 x 2tb SSHD drives
i know my specs are suffiecient enough

there is no superfetch enabled
as is paging file i
i always turn them off

but as i type now the drive is thrashing away

its driving me crazy

ive tried to shut down stuff what i think may be causing it !?!

but come to no conclusion !

well that sorted it

i remember putting the top internal FAN on full when it got hot yesterday

so thought id switch it back to medium

thrashing stopped !!!!

thats very strange if you ask me !!
