how to remove admin paas (bios) on elitebook 2540p?

not sure on this one
if you enter wrong password 3 times do you get an error or system disabled code

I programmed new bios but I get:

The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid: SYSTEM BOARD (00A) -
Product Name

Product Serial Number
Product SKU
....




Any ideas?
