    laptop password

    my grandson cannot get into his laptop he as forgot his password would a clean install help to overcome his problem

      If the password is a windows one then yes a clean install will solve the issue.
      But if it's a BIOS password then an install will have no effect at all.

        yes its a windows password thanks ill reinstall windows

          hi arky i use kon boot iso easy for windows password,burn iso to disk set bios to boot from cd and your in without password,also gives option to reset password,no need to reinstall windows again, link here http://www.piotrbania.com/all/kon-boot/index2.html
