Just get 7zip it's as good and free - but you can donate.

if you use this site you can get winrar http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm but when your trial runs out every time you open a file it will ask to donate just click no, it is an annoyance but the full version, or there are alternate unrars like 7-zip.
