    Hi guys, my dell is showing this authentication message after the slash screen, can anyone help?? #6981BS1-1D3B Please if you can i would appreciate it much

          I did and it didnt work, this is such a headache, i have read about guys generating master password but on has to pay for it...

                  unfortunately at present suffix 1D3B can only be done by Dell or paid service websites.
