has any one else had proplems with the above igot my foc from barclays bank instaled it and my netgear wirles will not work anymore what have i done wrong any help plse

very much a novice with pc problems,but does your netgear have a built in firewall or have you two firewalls running,eg windows + kaspersky as this will halt things due to conflicts,same with anti-virus programmes. only have one running, also look at tech guy forums within security section

do system restore which will reset your pc prior to kapersky.
