forgotten password for e mail account

hi i wonder if any one can help me ...i ve forgotten my password for my other e mail account which is with virgin/ ntl.. and when ever i log on to windows mail a box cum s up sayin error in correct password and request s i enter my user name n password ....which as i ve mentioned i ve forgotten ....is there any way of changing the password or retrievin it ...many thanks in advance

Where you sign in there is usually a box that says"forgotton password"?....

thanks for your speedy reply but unfortunately no there isnt a question ...have u forgotten your password? ...it shows 7 out 8 command s successful then the log in box pops up with user name n password ...was wonderin if u or any one else had more ideas??? many thanks in advance...............thanks your help but i found a solution ...went to my e mail provider ...virgin homepage n changed my password from there ...
