no browser

i have just removed a dns changer trojan from my laptop but i can still not access any browser page even though i am connected to the internet .also i can not update any of my protection software as it keeps saying update failed .
please help .

temporaily disconnect laptop from network if connected to one to be safe.

go to safe mode

scan with malwarebytes and any kaspersky/endpoint set it to delete first quarantine second.

then go to run type cmd

then ipconfig /flushdns
