DELL XPS 1640 - BIOS PW

Hi,

can anybody help me with BIOS PW?
I have bought other motherboard and it's BIOS locked.

It's writing:

System disabled
[11097]
Service Tag
[BXZ2YK1]

I tried remove all bateries, wait 24h, but it always wants PW.
