Burn a DVD with subtitles?

Hi guys,

I have a DVD saved as a .avi file on my computer that I would like to burn to DVD for my deaf friend. I have located a subtitle file that I have renamed to match the film and it works perfectly.

However, I have no idea how to burn this to a DVD with the subtitles working. I have tried with Nero and WMM, but I just can't figure it out.

Any help appreciated.

i think on convertxtodvd you can add subtitles

Delboys right get a convertxtodvd and there is an option to add subtitles, works a treat
