    bt email addys

    if i move house and broadband already in it from another provider can i still use my bt email addys? ive been with them so long it would cause endless problems if i couldnt use them.anyone know if i can keep them or pay bt to use them or something??

    yes as you use outlook it will still connect to your email provider.

      If you aren't on BT in your new place then you will be able to receive, but not send!

      BT lock their outgoing servers down to IP's on their network.

      Actually, I'll rephrase that. If you use webmail you'll be fine, but if you use a client i.e. outlook, then you won't be able to send.

        think i will give bt a call. when my pc is moved over here i still want to use the bt email addys as i only use my hotmail one for msn.
