Need help!!!!!! Have a laptop problem..

My laptop as been playing up for a long time now where sometimes it will not switch on. So i opened it up last night to see what the problem was as i thought it might be a faulty switch. But when i opened it up to sort it out i noticed that the ribbon cable had a rip in it, as who ever had it before me must have opened it and when they have put it back together they have trapped the cable and it has riped that much it does not want to restart the laptop. So what i need to know is where is the best place to get a replacement? its a 22 strand ribbon cable.

i'd try looking on ebay first, otherwise I'd go to a specialist laptop repairer (a normal computer shop won't do) near where you live and ask them

It's for the power button and speaker strip.
