Access is denied all programs

Please help when I try and open any app I get a message saying access is denied and a pop up saying .exe tried to run and has been blocked. I tried to do system restore but you guessed it access denied.

have you tried booting into safe mode ? normally you tap f8 on boot then select safe mode with networking, you can then install malwarebytes and do a scan as it sounds like you have a nasty virus.

One thing to bear in mind if you do have a virus is to destroy all of your system restore files as they also contain the malware. When you get your computer clean; create a system restore point and then delete all of the others this way you will not reintroduce your malware.
