Hi guys I have a Sony vaio laptop running windows vista. Recently I performed a full restore on it die to numerous problems and now it's back to factory defaults. I'm running a very early version of Internet explorer and it hardly works on any sites, just closes them down.
I've run the Windows update tool and it's installed over 80 updates. Now it wants to instal service pack 1 and it tells me it's downloaded and installed then tells me I need to instal it again and again.
I've tried to instal service pack 1 straight from Microsoft but the internet explorer keeps crashing it's so old.
Any help guys?
