What it this and how for repair on Windows 10 64 bit, always appear every time Windows started.

format and put a better OS Windows7 this bloody windows 10 looks good but always problems i am also using win10 but only to see what software will work and what not , but why not try "repair function under settings"

Not improve despite the establishment of repair and reinstall, after some time the pop-up always comes out every start up, any idea ?

if it is not a pirate/cracked copy of win10 then ask Microsoft support for the answer , win10 is full of bugs and do not support all software that was running on winxp and win7 maybe u have something installed that do not agree with the OS try a google search or maybe that dll file is missing
