    reinstalling windows xp

    hi all after contacting dell i have been told my issue is a software problem and it would cost me by the minute to get advice form software department,i need to reinstall windows xp ,i have the discs but just dont know where to start any guides you can recommend please ty

      if you have a software problem then a clean install would be best to eliminate that problem which means you need to format the hd.
      the following link is to a set up disk/floppy download which will format the hd before you use the xp disks.

      Do you want to improve your computer's performance? Try to Flashing BIOs that will help improve its performance. In this article, you will get a better overview of what BIOS is, how to identify and update it.
