increase ram

hi,i have a old computer runnin on x p.and it keeps havin to add virtual memory as the memoery is low .i ve downloaded tune up ultilty on it and one of the recommendations is to add more ram as windows need 528 ram to run and the computer has only 228 on it .i was wonderin how do u add ram to the computer and where do i get it from and how much ? and is it worth it as it5 just a spare... much appreciated

It woll probably be old SD RAM , easiest way to sort it is take it out and take to local PC shop they will give (sell) you similar if you have any spare slots you could more in . Its not expensive.

use the crucial web site, on there you can download a prog that will check what type of ram you need.
you can get your ram from crucial if you wish or check the likes of ebuyer, misco etc to compare prices.

yea i had the same problem i just bought a new macbook though so im fine now
