Hi cant restore lost all restore points also cant create new restore point i think since i downloaded windows home pack 3 can any one help please

the reason i asked about your av is that some weeks ago the same problem came up and that was down to norton.
i have put a link to a page regarding system restore using xp read through it you might find a solution there.
