need the service tag
it will be 7 characters which is generally but not always followed by -xxxx (ie -595B)

also needs to be posted in the correct case as tags and passwords are case sensitive

I've assumed 4th is a zero and it ends -595B

Unfortunately that doesnt work.The service tag has no 595b at the end and the 0 has a line through it if it helps

the only service tag I can find is on a little white strip on the back,but it has no 595B at the end just 7 letters/numbers
