i have tried many time your given pass but it didn't work.. hard is protected by pass and tag is showing like ***5NH0HD76-595B.. there might be some digits where 3 stars sign are being shown..

if you could help me i shall be grateful to you for this act of kindness..

the reason it doesn't work is because your laptop doesn't have the original HDD attached. in this case you need to connect it to a another PC and run killdisk or use hddunlock, just search on google hddunlock and go to the first link you see.

hi, i have checked on label attached to hard disk.. i have opened hard disk.. serial number is same but no staric sign there.. i mean its just 5NH0HD76.. plz do something..
