D630 Admin password forgotten

Hello, I have a Dell Latitude D630, I do not know Why, but when tried to go into setup and I but when i type in my admin passord at the setup (F2) (which WAS none) I get the message that I used incorrect Admin password? I think my daughter might have been "helping." From other postings you needed the Service tag and/or sys #? 2DK0ZD1 and 2DK0ZD1-595B I hope you are able to help, The 0 has a dot in the middle, so this might be a capital O?
