Hi there,

Any chance I might be able to grab a password for my D630? I gave it to my sister a while back and PW'd the BIOS so settings couldn't be changed by any of the college roommates (just in case). And go figure, I haven't the slightest idea what I made the password.

The service tag I have is: BP51KD1-595B

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is assuming your full tag ends in "-595B", which I think it does being a Latitude D series.

Also keep in mind that some laptops have a Hard Drive Password that may be needed immediately following this screen, so reply with that full tag number and I can get you that pass too.

EDIT : Nevermind, Got it. Thanks anyway. After a decent google find I found a compiled generator for this. Kinda sad that there are sites out there charging for this information. Glad there at least some people like egyclick out there helping out rather than trying to make money out of it.
