e-mail problem please help

please help me i am running vista for last two days i cant foward any emails it comes back [email protected] tried sending out to friends always the same not very good on computer tried for hours disabled firwall/also my anti virus in case it was this, looked up help line not got a clue is there any straight foward settings that i could go to to reset any help much oblidged

try and get in touch with your e mail provider ...live mail for example and quote failure code if given....or u cud google failure code if given ....thats wat i did when my e mail filke cahce was corrupted

thanks bigfella conntacted virgin tried lots it is doing my nut in may have to re-format and start again.thanks again

what mail client are you using to access your inbox ie live mail, outlook express etc. is hotmail you email provider, if it is have you tried sending mail directly from the msn web page.
