Unable to set system restore point

    Hello everyone,

I have my friends PC here running on XP home.

Itunes has been removed due to a possible conflict with Media player!

Problem is friends daughter had tunes she had paid for and would like them back.

When I try to restore i choose a past date but it won't restore?

Is there anyway I can restore in a different way or is there any way I can get the original itunes back?

Any help would save my sorry stoopid a$$

    Tom

    All sorted guys.

Booted up in safe mode and restored from there.

Seems it may be a norton conflict?
