I have qwerty keyboard...all letters from service tag are in caps, does that makes difference, I don't think so but I have to ask anyways? If not then I'm stuck, then it's some random password from some dude and I'll have to find a way to crack it.

yes caps do make a difference but I calculated it using caps

the password zq4sld7l 5th and 7th is l for leg is the master password to get into BIOS
it must be entered as given in lower case also try CTRL+Enter
