Google Searches Redirected

Everytime I try to search using google, the results it produces are fine. When I click on the title of the search result it redirects me to a few sites, more notably Brittania Search and Jokeroo.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this??

Im using Windows 7 Ultimate and Internet Explorer 8.

I have AVG Internet Security 9.0 Full Edition.

I had a the same problem and a friend pud a program called ad-aware on my laptop and it seems to have sorted it, the program is free i think
