Make sure boot from cdrom is set to First boot in the bios. It should read te disc ok then.

      The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

So what happens when the cd is in ? Does it say press any key to boot from cd ? If not either cdrom boot isn't first boot sequence or the disc is either corrupt or non bootable an upgrade.

easy and simple huh i can do that... i think

1 get a copy of your desired windows o/s

2 backup all info you want to keep off the pc

              3 turn off pc

              4 insert cd/dvd

              5 turn on pc

6 select boot from disk ( if this doesnt appear go into bios settings and change settings so it will check for boot disk 1st)

once you have booted from disk you will get a windows installer menu where each instruction is step by step

select the partition you want to format , and format,

then install windows very easy , all is step by step

make sure once you have finished installing you install all drivers for your pc and 3rd party software needed to power your hardware

download a boot disk with a format utility on not your o/s installation discs the following link will take you to a site where you can download one, then burn it to a disc and use it to format your hd, then you can load your o/s of choice.
